Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter at room temperature
  • ½ cups white sugar
  • ½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups oats

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, mixing together until homogenous. Then stir in eggs and vanilla
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, salt, and flour until evenly dispersed
  3. Add dry mixture to wet, mixing until homogenous. Then mix in chocolate chips and oatmeal until even dispersed
  4. Put mixture into fridge to allow butter inside to cool, at least 30 minutes but can also go overnight
  5. Roll mixture into balls — size to your preference. Then put in freezer for at least 30 minutes, to make butter in mixture as cold as possible
  6. Preheat oven to 320℉ (160℃) while cookies are chilling
  7. Arrange up to 8 cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven until edges are golden brown (15–20 minutes)
