Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter at room temperature
- ½ cups white sugar
- ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups oats
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar, mixing together until homogenous. Then stir in eggs and vanilla
- In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, salt, and flour until evenly dispersed
- Add dry mixture to wet, mixing until homogenous. Then mix in chocolate chips and oatmeal until even dispersed
- Put mixture into fridge to allow butter inside to cool, at least 30 minutes but can also go overnight
- Roll mixture into balls — size to your preference. Then put in freezer for at least 30 minutes, to make butter in mixture as cold as possible
- Preheat oven to 320℉ (160℃) while cookies are chilling
- Arrange up to 8 cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven until edges are golden brown (15–20 minutes)
